Rheem RTE 13 Pros and Cons
The ProsThe Rheem RTE 13 is an Electric tankless water heater that is capable of producing up to 4.4 Gallons per minute and is best used for point of use applications. The Rheem RTE 13 is Energy Star Certified and is capable of fitting almost anywhere which is a great plus.
The ConsWhile the Rheem RTE 13 produces up to 4.4 GPM, it is not ideal for mid-sized or larger homes. It may not provide enough continuous hot water for your home. If you have many fixtures in your home or have high hot water usage, I would recommend looking into getting a larger unit.
SummaryThe Rheem RTE 13 is compact, energy efficient and easy to install. For a point of use tankless water heater it is also very affordable. It comes standard with a rugged brass/copper heat exchanger which will really help with it's overall life expectancy. If you need a point of use tankless water heater, this is a great one to choose.
